Lisa G. Morris is the Founder of XPLOR, a design and innovation firm dedicated to bettering the human experience of work and workplaces through design. Prior to this, Lisa was a Senior Director at Sparks Grove, an experience design firm where she led the Global Employee Experience Design Practice and Offering. Lisa is a leader with over 20 years of global experience and is recognized as a champion of innovation with a history of helping organizations understand organizational behavior and apply design methodologies to create human-centered experiences and solve organizational challenges. She is passionate about solving the real problems in the right way and building soulful, purpose-led brands from the inside out.
Brett Minchington (MBA) is the world's most published author and educator in employer branding, having published seven books, his latest, Employer Brand Experience,' which was published in October 2018. Brett has trained thousands of leaders in more than 35 countries since 2006. Brett's work has been published globally in leading media, and he has designed and launched employer branding summits in 13 countries, pioneering the launch of employer branding into many of these countries.
