EMPLOYER BRAND LEADER OF THE YEAR AWARDS

The World Employer Branding Day awards recognize employer brand leadership excellence and the amazing work being implemented around the world to advance employer branding thought leadership and practice.

The 2019 KANTAR, Employer Brand Leader of the Year (GLOBAL LEADER) was awarded to Charlotte Marshall, an outstanding Global Employer Brand Leader at Danaher Corporation. Charlotte is one of the world’s most experienced and successful employer brand leaders with more than 15 years’ experience which has included building five large-scale global employer brand strategy and development projects at Fortune 500 companies.

The 2019 Employer Branding College, Employer Brand Leader of the Year (EMERGING LEADER) was awarded to Stanimira Kovacheva, the Global Head of Marketing at Tek Experts. Stanimira contributed the lead case study in the best practices 2019 publication "Employer Brand Excellence-A Global Approach Volume IV," for her employer branding work at Telus International to attract talent to return to their home country. The approach is now a leading example of smart, efficient and effective employer brand strategy that engages a broad range of stakeholders.
