The Emerging Leader award was won by Johan Driessens (Belgium), CEO (Chief Enthusiasm Officer) and founder at Branded.Careers. Johan also captured the hearts and minds of delegates with his presentation at the Summit, "The Ninth Element of Employer Branding: 'FUN'!"

World Employer Branding Day founder, Brett Minchington said, “Johan is an employer brand leader on a fast rise. He brings new energy, vision and creativity to employer branding which is inspiring leaders not only in his home country, Belgium, but leaders around the world.

Paul Greenaway, CEO at "HainesAttract," the emerging leader award sponsor added, "The quality of the talent coming through the industry is exceptional and Johan brings a fresh perspective that will inspire leaders at all levels to adopt a strategic approach to employer branding.

In a video played at the ceremony, Leslie thanked her family and the Warehouse Group leadership team for their support over the years to lead employer branding at the Group and their support in empowering her to contribute to the development of the employer branding community in New Zealand.

The 2019 awards will open when the host city for World Employer Branding Day 2019 is announced in the coming months.
