The team at AMS recently published a whitepaper titled, "The road to a skills-based future: 3 practical steps to build a skills based talent strategy." One of the paper's authors, Kirstin Schulz, Head of Strategy Consulting at AMS, along with Keira Pintão, Head of Employer Brand Consulting will be presenting an Executive Roundtable session on Day 1 at World Employer Branding Day 2025.
