Employer Brand Leaders of the Year 2022 announced

Kantar's Katarina Onell presents the Employer Brand Leader of the Year 2022 (GLOBAL LEADER), award to Estera Anghelescu at World Employer Branding Day 2022.

The Employer Brand Leaders of the Year for 2022 were announced at a ceremony in Lisbon on 13 October at World Employer Branding Day 2022, a global industry gathering of around 650 leaders from more than 40 countries.

The Global Leader award was taken out by Estera Anghelescu who is the Recruiting & Employer Branding Director at Kaufland Romania & Moldova.

"Estera's career of more than 18 years in Kaufland is of continuous growth, with various roles within several departments, doubled by a process of development through MBA, HR Certifications and Employer Branding Leadership programs and courses (Top Employer, Inspiring Employer, and the most recent Employer Branding College – Executive Level). During her career Estera has initiated and coordinated projects with significant impact for the promotion of diversity and inclusion, such as A.C.C.E.S. (Employment of Candidates with Special Requirements and Developments) – a program through which more than 380 people with disabilities were employed; Accessibility Hackathon – a large-scale project aimed at identifying and supporting solutions that offer people with disabilities opportunities for work integration; or Diversity Month – which presented success stories of some of the beneficiaries of the A.C.C.E.S." said Katarina Onell from KANTAR in presenting the award.

The Emerging Leader award was won by Pamela Nogués who is the Employer Branding & Communications Specialist Employer Branding & Communications Specialist
