Richard heads the people function at Infosys and in his current role, he focuses on making Infosys an exceptional place to work, bringing a strong alignment of the people function with business strategy. He has been associated with the people function at Infosys since 2000 and during his tenure, Infosys has consistently built innovative people practices. As a member of the company’s leadership team, he is responsible for several key business initiatives for the company. He also serves on the board of Infosys Consulting.

David Plink, CEO, Top Employers Institute

David brings more than two decades of experience in general, commercial and change management in global, results-driven companies in the HR space. As CEO, David is responsible for general management within the Top Employers Institute. Under his leadership the company has spread its wings to 119 countries/regions, enriching the working lives of more than 6.9 million people.
